Description
Carl Zeiss FLUAR 20x/0.75 ∞/0.17 Microscope Objective (420150-9900, M27)
Used, in perfect optical condition
The Zeiss FLUAR 20x/0.75 is a high-performance, high-numerical-aperture dry objective engineered for demanding fluorescence, confocal imaging, and laser microdissection. Built with specialized low-autofluorescence optical glass, it delivers exceptional transmission from the near-UV through the near-IR spectrum (400–800 nm throughput peak at 85%–98%). Designed for the modern Zeiss M27 thread mount and Infinity Color-Corrected System (ICS), it offers maximum photon capture without requiring immersion media.
Key Highlights
-
Exceptional UV/VIS/NIR Transmission: 5-star rating for Ultra-Violet transmission; steep transmission curve starting below 340 nm and maintaining over 90% across the visible spectrum.
-
High-NA Dry Convenience: Combines a high 0.75 numerical aperture with a 0.60 mm working distance, providing sharp, high-resolution imaging without oil or water immersion.
-
Confocal & Laser Microdissection Ready: Optimized for UV/VIS laser confocal microscopy and laser microdissection workflows.
-
Large Field of View: Supports up to 23 mm field of view for high-throughput screening and widefield observation.
