Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chengtu Optics. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order date.
Exceptions: Order processing and shipping may experience delays during holiday periods. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Service & Delivery
We primarily use FedEx for reliable shipping services.
Carrier: FedEx
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders generally take 5–7 business days to arrive.
Shipping Costs:Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Calculation Basis:Costs are determined by: The total weight of your package.The destination country/region.
3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For US buyers:Your order will be shipped from within the United States. Therefore, no import duties or customs fees will apply.
For Other Countries (International Shipments): Your order may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and customs fees upon arrival at the destination country.These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government charges and cannot provide estimates.
4. How to Track Your Order
We ensure you can track your package every step of the way.
Tracking Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number provided by the carrier.
Tracking Link:You can monitor your package status through the carrier's official website or by visiting our Shopify store's tracking page.
Update Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and displayed in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost, Damaged, and Undeliverable Packages
We are committed to helping you resolve any delivery issues.
Loss or Damage: If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at Your Email Address or Phone Number within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and photographs of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Delivery Issues (Marked as Delivered): If your package status shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or contact your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us for further assistance.
Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided by you, causing the package to be undeliverable and returned to us, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
