Thank you for choosing Chengtu Optics .We ask you to carefully review our policy, which is structured to account for the unique nature of pre-owned items and the complexities of international shipping and customs.


 1. General Policy & Commitment


We take great care to accurately describe and photograph our inventory. Due to the nature of selling pre-owned items:


All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped or is in transit.

We kindly remind our customers to review all product descriptions, photos, and condition reports thoroughly before purchase.


2. Time-Sensitive: Before Shipment


To ensure fairness, the option for a full refund or cancellation is strictly limited to the time before your order is dispatched.


Cancellation:If you need to cancel your order for any reason (including a change of mind or accidental purchase), you must contact us immediately before you receive a shipping confirmation email.


3. Our Service Guarantee


We only accept requests for returns or refunds if the item meets one of these criteria and the request is made before shipment:


Major Defect:The item has a serious functional defect that was not clearly mentioned or disclosed in the product listing.
Description Discrepancy:The item you received significantly differs from the listing's description and photos (e.g., wrong model or major component missing).


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances (After Dispatch)


Once your item has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to process any returns or refunds. This includes cases where:


Incompatibility Issues:The item does not fit, or is incompatible with your existing setup. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.
Mistaken Orders:The item was purchased by accident.
Change of Preference: If the item meets the description but you simply change your mind.
